Attorney Adam D. Stolte is proud to again be part of the Kansas Bar Association's Annual Survey of Law series. With chapters dedicated to every specialty within the practice of law, the Annual Survey provides an invaluable resource to attorneys. Each chapter, like the Criminal Law chapter, includes a brief summary of every major case set down from the Kansas Appellate Courts. These cases add to the law by explaining the meaning of new legislation. This "caselaw" is also the vehicle through which our Courts determine whether a law is constitutional. As a co-author for the Criminal Law chapter, Attorney Adam D. Stolte reviewed major Kansas cases and provided their summaries.
