Kansas Bar Association's Annual Survey of Law

Adam is proud to again be part of the Kansas Bar Association's Annual survey of law series. With chapters dedicated to every specialty within the practice of law, the Annual Survey is an invaluable resource to attorneys. Each chapter, like the Criminal Law chapter, includes a brief summary of every major case set down from the Kansas Appellate Courts. These cases add to the law by explaining the meaning of new legislation and clarifying the law.

As an author for the Criminal Law chapter, Adam reviewed major Kansas cases and provided their summaries.

Adam has authored the criminal chapter of the annual survey of law in 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019.
